Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CreatorHQ (the "Service"), operated by CreatorHQ LLC, a limited liability company ("CreatorHQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CreatorHQ. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@usecreatorhq.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Connected platforms

CreatorHQ lets you connect third-party accounts — such as YouTube, Bluesky, and Mastodon, with more platforms opening as each clears its API review — through each platform's official authorization process. YouTube is connected through Google's sign-in; when Facebook and Instagram connections open, they are connected together through a single Meta authorization (Facebook Login for Business) covering your Facebook Page and its linked Instagram Business account. CreatorHQ never receives or stores your platform passwords, and you can disconnect any connected account at any time from Settings.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of those platforms, or for changes they make to their APIs that affect CreatorHQ's functionality.

4. Subscriptions and billing

CreatorHQ offers paid plans, each consisting of a one-time setup unlock (a non-consumable in-app purchase, paid once per tier) plus a recurring monthly subscription, as described on our Pricing page. Where a purchase is made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following applies:

• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Canceling does not refund any unused portion of a current period.
• The one-time setup unlock is a separate, non-recurring purchase and is not refunded when a subscription is canceled; it does not need to be repurchased if you later resubscribe at the same tier.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance, and continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Where you subscribe on the web at usecreatorhq.com, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). The subscription renews monthly until canceled; you can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt email or by contacting support@usecreatorhq.com, and cancellation stops future renewals without refunding the current period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; use the Service to send spam, harassment, or abusive content; reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's operation; or use CreatorHQ's AI reply features to impersonate someone or mislead your audience.

6. AI-generated content

CreatorHQ may suggest AI-drafted replies and captions. These suggestions are provided as a starting point only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is sent or published under your account.

7. Intellectual property

CreatorHQ and its logos, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own content (including comments, captions, and media you create or manage through the Service). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using CreatorHQ and delete your account at any time by contacting support@usecreatorhq.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every version of every connected platform's API.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorHQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service before they take effect.
